Practice Information
Dental treatment for the entire family. Including: Cosmetics, implants,restorative, tooth colored fillings, bridges, dentures and partial dentures, endodontics, bleaching, and special attention to orthodontics and Temporomandibular joint disfunction. We use nitrous oxide for our less brave patients. Also, Tomographic x-rays are taken on the premises for craniofacial pain, headaches, jaw pain, and joint related problems. Most insurances are accepted and care credit isavailable and highly recommended.

I fear even the word dentist but in this case I am happy to be there.When I walk in I am greeted by a girl with a big smile, she is always friendly. The pleasant staff continues even in the back.Dr. Bilbro is a very caring dr. who provides quality dentistry.If I have to move out of El paso I will return every year just to continue seeing him. He even does Braces!!!

Dr. Bilbro and his staff are excellent. I used to hate going to the dentist, but over the last three years all that has changed. He is professional, considerate and patient. He treats my entire family and they too are very pleased with Dr. Bilbro and his staff. We highly recommend Dr. Bilbro and his staff as your family dentist.

Dr. Bilbro has been my dentist for the past 4 years and has taken very good care of me. He is by far the best dentist I have had and he and his staff continue to go above and beyond to take care of both my general denistry and orthodontics.

I tried many dentists. Dr. Bilbro is the best. Caring, understanding and a mellow doctor. He is not pushy but friendly and works fast and efficiently. I would reccomend him highly.
